Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday within 1-3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Shipping Time
- We offer standard, which usually take 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that shipping times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
📬 Personalized Gift Message & Anonymous Option
- You can now add an optional message with your order. Whether you'd like to send a heartfelt note or just leave a short message, it's totally up to you.
- If you'd like to send anonymously, check the "Send anonymously" box at checkout.
- No invoice or receipt with sender details is included when "Send anonymously" is selected.

Important: Please enter only the recipient’s shipping address, and add your own email in the shipping info—so order and tracking updates go to you, not them.
Shipping Rates
- Our rates are based on the destination and package weight.
Order Tracking
- Once your keychain ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (for domestic orders).
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your order is lost or damaged, contact us and we’ll work quickly to make it right.

- We do not accept returns or exchange. due to personalized nature of our products.
